Starters.

Cauliflower and roasted chestnut soup.
Served with warm sourdough.

Traditional prawn cocktail with Marie Rose sauce.
Served with wholemeal ciabattin.

Cured meat platter with mixed olives, honeydew melon and fresh figs. 

Butternut squash and pearl onion tarte tatin.
Served with green salad and balsamic glaze.

Mains.

Traditional roast turkey with cranberry sauce and Yorkshire pudding.
Savoury stuffing, pigs in blankets, roast potatoes and rich roast gravy.

Venison sausages with clapshot and red wine gravy.

Slow roast lamb shank.
Served with parsnip and potato mash, and port and chestnut gravy.

Oven baked cod loin with cherry tomatoes, mozzarella and basil.
On a bed of roasted new potatoes.

Roasted celeriac steaks with sweet potato puree.
Served with mushroom gravy.

All served with broccoli, button sprouts and roasted root vegetables.

Desserts.

Traditional Christmas pudding.
Served with brandy sauce.

Plum and pistachio crumble.
